Soulful Aging

What is soulful aging?  What role does it play in our own lives and those that we parent, mentor or companion?  What emerges when we consider the soulfulness with which we are living our days?

The Four Paths of Soulful Aging describe an evolving relationship with how we relate inwardly with ourselves, and outwardly with our families, communities and the collective in daily life as we age - regardless of actual age.  The paths include: Resource – harnessing strength; Release – expressing authentically; Renewal - connecting with sparks of inspiration; and Return – integrating and sharing seasoned wisdom and heart-centered connection.  This model is a transformative and resilience-based way of sharing our joy and wonder, tending to ourselves and each other soulfully through grief and loss, as well as channeling energies toward meaning, interrelatedness and giving back within community and the collective.
